Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Texas

I completed a chapter 7. When I got a stettlement I looked at my free credit reports some of the creditors said they did not have to take their stuff off. I thought my filing was to wipe the slate cean?

This is a major problem. I work with a law firm in Dallas which specializes in pursuing these types of cases. You have the right in many instances to sue the creditor to:
1. Correct the false reporting
2. Pay you money damages for your hassle
My impression is that creditors have been getting away with this for years! Don't be a victim. Protect your bankruptcy discharge.
