Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Texas
Bankrupt first time homeowner.
I am considering filing for bankruptcy and never have been a homeowner. If I file either chapter 7 or 13 how will it affect my purchase of a home in two or three years?

In my expirience filing bankruptcy often helps ones chances of buying a home becuaseyou clear out alot of junk from your credit report.
However, every person is diferent.
