I have two repossessions and over $10,000 in charge offs. Would bankruptcy be the best option for me?

Short answer: Probably. If you haven't already pulled a credit report, get a good one to verify your "charge off" information. I would look into filing under Chapter 7 to remove any lingering debt obligations for the repossessions, and any charged off debt.
