If you have filed chapter 13 and want to change to chapter 7 what is involved

As long as you are otherwise eligible to file a chapter 7, and your chapter 13 petition was not a conversion from a chapter 7 or 11 petition, you can generally convert to a chapter 7 simply by requesting so.
