Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Texas

Bankruptcy and cost

1. How do I find out if a firm a trustworthy reprsenting me in bankrupcy.

2. Basic sitituation:

* I have 2 cars, being payed for (upside-down)and live in an apartment. (myself, wife, and 14 year old daughter)

* Very little if any assists. No jewlery or electronics except a TV

* I make $13.00hr/40 hrs a week. My wife makes $8.00hr/30 hrs a week

I owe approximately $32,000 bue to medical bills and credit cards

2. How much should I expect to pay working with a reliable law firm.
