bankruptcy fraud
Can someone other than a creditor in a bankruptcy file a motion against the debtor alleging fraud in the bankruptcy? If so, what is the best way to do so?

The Trustee assigned to the case is responsible for investigating fraud. So I would suggest contacting the Bankruptcy Trustee with any information you have. Then let the Trustee do his job.
But if you're not a creditor, why are you doing this? And why would you want to go to the expense of filing a motion?
