Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Texas
Bankruptcy Ramifications
Would something like a bankruptcy suite prevent a person from being accepted to law school or medical school? Are there other things that someone who has filed bankruptcy would absolutely be excluded from doing?

Re: Bankruptcy Ramifications
Legally filing bankruptcy would not exlude you from theses professional schools, or from being licsensed once you graduated and passed required tests. Those evaluating you entrance application subjectively may have a prejudice towards the fact that you filed, but if you are otherwise qualified it should be no barrier.
