Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Texas
after bankruptcy can i be sued for property in my possesion?
my bankruptcy is final & a furniture company was suppose to file their paper work with the clerk & di not do it till after the date for filings was past. my bankruptcy is final & that company served us with a civil citation saying they are sueing us. can they come and take the furniture & what is a default judgement? what are my rights?

If the furniture was collateral for a loan to buy it, and you did not reaffirm the loan, the furniture company is within their rights to take back the furniture.
