Can I Buy a Home on a Contract for Deed
I have the oppurtunity to purchase a home from a friend on a contract for deed with no money down. I have filed a chapter 13, but the house payment is within $100.00 of what I have been paying in rent. Can I enter into this contract?

You must apply for permission from the trustee.
