Chapter 13 allowed claims
When a creditor hires an attorney **just to submit their proof of claim to the trustee**, are they allowed to tack on an additional amount for the 'attorney fees' to their claim?

It depends, secured claimants can generally add attorneys' fees, unsecured claimants usually cannot.
