Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Texas
Is a Chapter 20 allowed in Texas?
Hello:
I'm trying to find out if a Chapter 20 (chapter 7, then immediate chapter 13) is permitted in Texas.
We're located in the Northern District (Dallas).
Thanks!
