chapter 7 bankruptcy
if i filed chapter 7 and decide not to go through with it , can i stop the proceedings? i have already been before the trustee.

You can dismiss the proceeding at any time. It is a good idea to consult with a bankruptcy attorney to see if this is a good idea. There may be other options for you.
