Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Texas
Chapter 11 of a corporation
I have a 2nd mortgage on my house with a company out of Texas. I just received a Chapter 11 form and a Proof of Claim (Form B10) attached to it. It is to the attention of: Creditors, Borrowers and Shareholders of this company. It advises there is a Claims Bar Date set for Oct. 31, 2000. My question is as an individual with a mortgage with this company do I continue to make payments to them and do I need to do anything with this Proof of Claim form?
Any information would be helpful. I thank you in advance should you agree to answer my question.

Re: Chapter 11 of a corporation
Continue to make your payments. The proof of claim is to be used if you claim they owe you any money.
