Re: completed chapter 13

This has become a huge problem. Many people who file bankruptcy don't know that this is going on. Creditors have been getting away with this for years but fortunately there are a few attorneys in Texas (myself included) that have decided to fight back. You have the ability to re-open the bankruptcy to go after the creditor or file a case under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Please feel free to call me to discuss this in more detail.
