Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Texas
I was contacted by someone saying that i was being sued for a creditcard i had a few years ago but the name they gave me is not one that i remember haveing. They told me that if i did not pay 2,000 within 2 days they would freeze my account and suspend my drivers license. Is Texas a litigation state?

They will have to actually sue you to do anything. After they sue, they must get a judgment. As for the driver's license, in Texas a credit card company cannot suspend your driver's license.
