Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Texas
My credit is already bad. My son took and wrecked a rental car, which was in my name, and he isn't on my insurance. The rental car company wants over $16,000, which I don't have. I also have other debts. Is declaring bankruptcy a viable choice in this situation? If so, would I do so now or after I've been taken to court by the lawyers that were hired by the car rental company?

There is no strategic reason to wait until you are sued by the car rental company. The sooner you file the sooner you will have peace of mind and THE SOONER YOU CAN REBUILD YOUR CREDIT. Please have a look at our website: www.northtexasdebtfreedom.com
