Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Texas
Only on credit cards
Can I file bankruptcy, chapter 7 only on credit cards and not on my house or cars. Can they still take my house or car that I have not filed on.

You must list all of your debts. However, you can reaffirm some of your debts. In addition, if you live in the Austin area I would like to review your case to see if its better to file a Ch 13 in your case. If you live in the Austin area please let me know and I will be happy to chat with you
