Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Texas
Can Creditor File Breach of Contract?
One of my credit card creditors has told me that they have a pending breach of contract against me that they have filed a copy of in my local county court. What does that mean and what should I do about it?

Re: Can Creditor File Breach of Contract?
If you have already filed bankruptcy you should notify your attorney about this. If you haven't filed yet and you are contemplating filing, the bankruptcy filing (federal court) will cause the county court action to be halted. If you have many credit cards that are mounting up I would strongly suggest you file. PLEASE READ MY FIRM PHILOSOPHY! I would be happy to discuss this with you personally.
