Re: desperate help

Sounds like you may not be personally liable. Maybe just youour husband should file for Bankruptcy. Most of your assets may be exempt from creditors, even if you do not file bankruptcy. Your information is pretty sketchy so hard to give you much guidance. Larry Maun 713.266.2560

Re: desperate help

Short answer -- it sounds as if emotionally you could use a fresh start!

Some of my advise is more common sense than legal. You are newly married and I believe this financial stress won't be a good start to your married life together. READ MY FIRM PHILOSOPHY! Everyone deserves to start over fresh. Even if creditors file lawsuits you can still file bankruptcy and eliminate the debt. I would be glad to discuss your specific situation in more detail. It might be a case where just your husband should file. Please call. (800) 303-0720
