Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Texas
Discharged debt still showing on credit report after 13 years
How do I get a creditor off of my credit report that was discharged in a bankruptcy 13 years? I have the certified copy of the discharge notice from the court, but it does not list the debts. Please help me. I am re-married now and it is very hard to get financing in both of our names because of 1 creditor that is still showing up on my credit report.
Thank you.
