Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Texas
When I divorced I was awarded my home. However, my ex-husband is still on the mortgage (I am unable to refinance because of my bad credit). and is filing for bankruptcy. What do I need to do? I fully intend to continue making mortgage payments on my home.

You don't need to do anything with regard to the bankruptcy. Your ex-husband will list the debt in hits bankruptcy schedules, and will be discharged.
You will want to keep on making the payments.
