Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Texas
Duration of Bankruptcy
I have an ongoing arguement with my father, my question is: How long does Bankruptcy show on your credit report? I was taught last semester in Business Law II that it is 10 years now, but nowhere in my book can I find that. Please help!
