Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Texas
My former employer had me sign a one year non-compete clause as part of a bonus plan (I've been gone for 2 1/2 months now) and now they have filed chapter 11 bankruptcy. Will their bankruptcy impact the non-compete clause?

It may. Have an attorney review the schedules filed in the bankruptcy.
