exceptions to filing chptr 7 every 6 years

I have read and been told that there is an exception to the rule that you can only file ch 7 every 6 years. What are the exceptions?

The limitation is not on filing. You may not be granted a discharge under Chapter 7 if you have benn previously discharged under Chapter 7 or 11 within six years.
