Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Texas
If my ex-husband files for bankruptcy and the house is still in both of our names -- how will that affect me?

It shouldn't affect your credit rating. However, I have seen a situation where the idiot credit bureau put somebody's information on the wrong credit report. We had to threaten to sue them to get them to change it.
