Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Texas
Experian Credit Reporting a Bankruptcy that I had with my late husband over 12 years ago. Is this illiegal. I thought they had to quit after ten years. this is ruining my credit.

You need to dispute it through the credit bureau. You can get free credit reports at www.annualcreditreport.com
