can i file bankruptcy while under bankruptcy

I am under chapter 13 bankruptcy i have been for 2 1/2 years. i have been behind on those payments the whole time just barely keeping my head above water. i am about to have my bankruptcy revoked because i cant pay such a high payment. i am at the point i just dont care anymore, i need to know if there is another chapter that i can file to relieve this debt. please help with any information or how to find information.

Chap 7 is a possibility. You would be discharged from most debts, with some exceptions, for example student loans, some taxes and debts incurred by fraud. Larry Maun 713.266.2560
