Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Texas
if you are going to file bankruptcy should you do it in the state you reside?
we plan on moving so it would be nice to know beforehand.btw I am 30 and have never filed.

You file bankruptcy in the state where you have lived for the past six months, or the state where you have lived for the majority of the past six months.
