Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Texas
I am going to need to file chapter 13 bankruptcy to help in the foreclosure of my home. My question is concerning the cars that I own. My husband myself and teenage daughter all own cars that are paid off. Will I be asked to sale any of the cars? Thank you for any help you may give me.

No, you will not be forced to sell your cars in a Chapter 13-- http://www.214bankruptcy.com/what-happens-to-my-car-if-i-file-bankruptcy/
You mentioned using Chapter 13 as a means to stop a foreclosure. You're 100% correct about that-- http://www.214bankruptcy.com/can-bankruptcy-stop-foreclosure/
I hope this helps.
