Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Texas
I would like to file Chapter 7 bankruptcy, but I have little income. Is it possible that I would still be able to file and who would I be able to contact in this matter? Thank you kindly.

Many people file bankruptcy BECAUSE they have little income - not enough to pay their bills. Any attorney who specializes in bankruptcy should be able to help you. If the issue is that you think you cannot afford an attorney, in many parts of Texas there is a Legal Aid society that provides free services for qualified individuals. Just search the internet for one near you. In North Texas its Legal Services of North Texas.
