Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Texas
i filed bankruptcy 2 months ago. now my daughter is going to recieve a sum of monies from a lawsuit in her fathers death. will her money be turned over to my trustee, because i am her legal guardian?

If it is not your money, it does not belong to the bankruptcy estate. However, you need to make sure that this is clear so a mistake is not made. Suggest you contact your bankruptcy attorney.
