Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Texas

I field Chapter 13 in September. I was laid off again a month ago. I was already behind on mortgage because I still needed time to get caught up but now they want to foreclose. What can I do? How long can I stay in my house if they do foreclose? My Bankruptcy lawyer is really rude and he makes me feel like he is working with the other team or else I would go to him. Should I do nothing? Should I change to Chapter 7? Can I file Chapter 13 again? Please help! Going to court soon and I don't know what to do! I am single and have children, so I have to find some solution.

Yes. You must remain current on post-petition payments. If you do not, the creditor may petition the court to have the automatic stay lifted to proceed to foreclosure.
