Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Texas
I am filing for bankruptcy. I was recently unemployed. My fiancee & I have lived together for several years. I will be filing using my boyfriends income as he contributes to all the expenses at this time. I know that I must include his income in Schedule I. Do I need to include his income on any other forms?
As their are only blanks for Debtor and Spouse do I place his income under spouse?
