May i filled Bankruptcy if i do not have a Social Security Number?, i do have ITIN number

Yes, an ITIN is sufficient for the bankruptcy court. If someone has a SSN, they must use that number. Since the ITIN functions as an equivalent, bankruptcy courts accept it.
