Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Texas
does filling for bankruptcy keep me from losing my home?
I am behind on my mortgage payments and can not get caught up. The mortgage company wants me to pay all the back payments in 2 weeks. I have terrible credit and can't get out of the whole I have dug myself. What can I do to save my house and get a fresh start.
