Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Texas
can i keep my home
i have a equity loan on my home,but i also have a first lean.i was told in order for the second lean to forclose they would have to purchase the first lean.if i file chapter 7 what would happen to the second lean for i am current on my first lean payments.

I'm not exactly sure if your current on your second mortgage. If you file under chapter 7 in Texas, under most circumstances your house would be protected.
