house foreclosed but dont want to lose it
bank sent letter stating my house was going to auction sale, i called them to see how i could save it and they said id have to make all payments i was behind on before the day of the sale. i got the money and mailed it but they said it got there two days late and the mailed my money back to me. i dont think my house sold because the bank told me i could get someone to refinance it for me last i talked to the bank i told them i was trying to get someone thats been 7 weeks ago. i wasent able to and they havent sent anything to me telling me to evict yet. can i still fill bankruptcy?

You can definitely file bankruptcy. If you filed a chapter 13 case you would be able to slowly repay the past due mortgage instead of trying to repay all of it at once. Please call me to discuss your situation in more detail. ph. (214) 637-0713
