Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Texas
Husband filing BK in business, am I responsible for his suits and judgments?
My husband has many people suing him and has judgments, liens, etc...these people are now trying to come after me due to Community Property in TX. Once he files BK, can they still come after me if we're married?

It is not you that are necessarily personally liable, it is the community property. Your seperate property would not be subject to your husband's creditors claims.
