Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Texas
My husband has just recently been put on disability we can not pay our credit card bills. What can the unsecured credit card companys do if we choose not to file bankruptcy?

They can obtain a judgments against you, cancel your accounts with them, and try to garnish your bank accounts. It is more likely that they will turn your case over to bill collectors who will harass you.
