Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Texas
Do you have to include all of your credit cards and loans when you file for bankruptcy? I was recently hospitalized and now owe around $300K in medical bills. There is no way I can pay it back and am considering filing Chapter 7. I have a car loan and several credit cards that I would like to keep open. Is that possible?

Under penalty of perjury, you must list every debt. The car loan is usually reaffirmed but it is unlikely you will be able to keep any credit cards.
