Can judgement be filed with chapter 7
If I file a chapter 7 bankruptcy will any exixting judgements listed with the filing be eliminated.

Generally, yes, but it depends on what kind of judgment it is because there are exceptions. For example, a judgment for child support cannot be eliminated through a bankruptcy. You really need to consult a bankruptcy attorney so they can advise you regarding each specific judgment.

First, you must list any and all debts in your bankruptcy schedules. This includes judgments. Most judgments are dischargeable.
