Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Texas
Judgement
I have a judgement filed in March 2003 related to my business. I filed personal Bankruptcy chap 7 and was discharged in 2003. this judgement was included. It still comes up as a problem everytime I apply for credit. How do iget this resolved

Send proof of the discharge to the credit bureaus.
