Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Texas
Land owner has filed bankrutch
I have been purchasing land. The owners also had a construction comp. and has file for bankruptcy. I do not know how this will affect me with still have a balance on my property. I have paid all the taxes for the last five or more years.
