Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Texas

If a lawyer submits an agreed judjment on my behalf without getting an OK from me what recourse I have to correct or object to the filing.

FIRST, write to your lawyer (don't pick up a telephone!) - paper mail, lick a 44-cent stamp - and tell him that you don't agree to the judgment, and ask him to undo it. Ask him to contact you. Spell it out (you may have to show this letter to a judge someday).

SECOND, go talk to another lawyer about time limits.
