Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Texas
Lawyer's declaring bankruptcy
If a lawyer declares bankruptcy, is it prohibited for that lawyer to practice banckruptcy law? Is there a conflict between having that lawyer's case before the bankruptcy court and he/she representing clients in that same court?
