Re: loophole
You could hire a private attorney to pursue this in bankruptcy court. How many times has he done this? If this has been done several times a motion can be filed in the bankruptcy court to in essence show that he is abusing the bankruptcy process. If successful the bankruptcy judge could dismiss his case and prohibit him from refiling. Please feel free to give me a call to discuss this. ph. (800) 303-0720 or (214) 979-7330
