Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Texas

I have been married for 21 years. My husband had decided that he does not want to be married any longer. He has moved out -- can I file personal bankruptcy for myself?

You would be allowed to file either with or without your other spouse. The specific circumstances will dictate whether it's better to file with him or whether it's better to file alone, but you are allowed by law to do whichever one you choose.
