Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Texas
I'm in the middle of a divorce, my ex has filed for bankrupcty (chapter 13) and wants to include his car which is in my name only. He makes the payments on the car, can he inlude the car even though his name is not on it?

San Diego Bankruptcy Attorney If he is on the loan he must include it as a secured debt and give it one of serveral possible treatments under the bankruptcy code.
