Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Texas
Move from Chapter 13 to Chp 7?
I have filed a Chap 13 in 2004. I only had 3 secured items listed, and I am very close to paying off these items within this month. I would like to know should I convert to a Chap 7 for all of the other unsecured items listed or wait until the trustee dismiss the case for discontinued payments?

I would not dismiss the case before consulting with a Bankruptcy Attorney.
There were substantial changes in the law in 2005. Meanwhile keep making your payments
