Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Texas
non dischargeable debts under Chapt 7
what debts are not dischargeable under Bankruptcy Chapter 7? I hold a judgement against a woman filing for Chapter 7 bankruptcy that was the result of an auto accident, she got the ticket, had no insurance, had an invalid driving license, almost killed me and destroyed my vehicle, the latter for which I obtained a court judgement. Since the judgement was unsatisfied, New Mexico, where her drivng license was, cancelled that and her vehicle registration. She is driving without a valid license, no license has been applied for in Texas where she has resided for over a year. Do I have any recourse?

Unless some sort of fraud was involved, it would appear you are out of luck and the woman will be discharged.
